Tips for this itinerary
- Gyeongbokgung is closed on Tuesdays. If day 2 falls on a Tuesday, swap in Changdeokgung (closed Mondays).
- Bukchon is residential and open to visitors only 10:00–17:00, so go in the morning.
- Many Seongsu shops open around 11:00, which is why it sits in the afternoon.
- If your flight leaves in the evening, work back from arriving at the airport three hours before departure.
Travel times and fares are estimates as of 2026-10 (adult, transit card).

Where should I stay?
Myeongdong is convenient for both the airport and sightseeing. Hongdae and Seoul Station are also handy if you will take the airport railroad home.
