Hangang Bus ferry (Yeouido pier)Yeouido 59
Photo: Lee Jeong Woo / MCST (CC BY-SA 4.0)The Hangang Bus is a water bus launched in 2025 that runs east–west along the Han River, stopping at piers from Magok to Mangwon, Yeouido, Apgujeong, Oksu, Ttukseom and Jamsil. It turns a journey you would normally make underground into a slow ride with river views.
You pay with a transit card, and the fare is far lower than a sightseeing cruise. The bridges and skyline sliding past — especially at sunset — make it a uniquely Seoul experience. Sightseeing cruises also depart from Yeouido.
